Foundation Surgical Hospital of San Antonio is a 46,043 square foot facility with four state-of-the-art operating arenas. The hospital opened in 2007 and is conveniently located in the South Texas Medical Center of San Antonio.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From IH 10 East: Exit Huebner Road and turn right. Follow Huebner to 9522 Huebner Road. The Hospital is just before Floyd Curl Drive. Immediately past Gracepoint Church turn left into the driveway.

From IH 10 West: Exit Huebner Road and turn right. Follow Huebner to 9522 Huebner Road. The Hospital is just before Floyd Curl Drive. Immediately past Gracepoint Church turn left into Hospital driveway.

From 410: Exit Babcock Road. Follow to Huebner Road, turn right, and 9522 Huebner will be on the right hand side of the road, just past Valley Green Road and across the street from Prescott Prosthetics. Turn right into Hospital driveway.
